One-day training program through Webinar on Code of Civil Procedure 1908 for Judicial officers in the Punjab has commenced in the PJA from 28th September 2020 to 10th October 2020. The participants from all the districts from Punjab are connected through video link, in two sessions, each day according to schedule.
The purpose of this activity is to sensitize the judicial officers with latest amendments in code of civil procedure and techniques for case management & efficient disposal of cases, to brainstorm away forward for implementation and practicing the amendment while conducting the court. The Director General PJA inaugurated the program and addressed the participants. Hon’ble Mr. Justice Jawad Hassan, Judge Lahore High Court shared his knowledge to the participants.
