One Day Training Program for Judicial Officers in Punjab through Webinar
Objectives:
- To sensitize the Judicial Officers with the latest amendments in the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and techniques for case management & efficient disposal of cases.
- To discuss common issues and error in implication of the amendments.
- To highlight the salient features and object of the amendments.
- To brainstorm a way forward for implementation and practicing the amendments while conducting the court.
- To analyze the importance of amendments for expeditious disposal of cases and dispensation of justice.
