One Day Orientation Course For Lawyers on the topic of Dishonoring of a Bank Cheque & Inherent Powers of the Courts

That on 5th July, 2012 Mr. Qaiser Javed Main, LLM (Unive. of Miami), Director Research/Faculty Member of Punjab Judicial Academy gave lecture to about 150 lawyers in the Auditorium of Punjab Judicial Academy. The topics of lecture were:

1. Dishonouring of a Bank Cheque – Comparative study of Negotiable Instruments Act, Sect. 489-F of P.P.C, Sect 20(4) of Banking Law along order 37 of C.P.C
2. Inherent Powers of the Courts do not stem from any statute, whether Sect 151 C.P.C or Sect 561-A Cr.P.C
    

This lectures  were very highly appreciated and a long session of question answerers  took place. The participants/lawyers appreciated the research work done by Mr. Qaiser Javed Main.
