A capacity building course was arranged with the view point that mere disposing of cases quickly is not the purpose, rather, the cases must be decided on merits. Although there is a shortage of judges, this can be cured to certain extent by capacity building of the judges. This training came to an end and award/certificate giving ceremony took place on 12.12.2011. This event was presided over by Mr. Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed, Chief Justice Lahore High Court, Lahore who, in his speech, stated that corruption cannot be eradicated by force only but the real causes of corruption have to be taken care of.
