Today, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Jawad Hassan, Judge, Lahore High Court and Member, Board of Management, Punjab Judicial Academy, delivered a comprehensive and interactive session for the trainee judges of the ongoing “2-Day Pre-Promotion Training Programme for Additional District & Sessions Judges (AD&SJs) / Izafi Zila Qazis from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judiciary” at the Punjab Judicial Academy.
His thought-provoking lecture focused on Liminal Control, Mandatory Mediation, and Judicial Craftsmanship for deciding cases quickly and effectively. He also discussed relevant judgments of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan, providing practical guidance for judicial decision-making.
