On 27.09.2024 and 04.10.2024, Ch. Munir Ahmad, D&SJ(R) conducted two webinar sessions for the Judges from Faisalabad, Multan, Sargodha, Bahawalpur, Gujranwala and Rawalpindi Divisions respectively on the topics ‘Burden of Proof in Criminal and Civil Cases – Shifting thereof’ and ‘Production, Impounding and return of Documents’.
