On 20.09.2024, Mr. Abid Hussain Qureshi, D&SJ (R), conducted webinar session for the Judges from D.G. Khan, Lahore and Sahiwal Divisions respectively on the topic “Burden of Proof in Criminal and Civil Cases – Shifting thereof”. The learned resource person discussed the salient features on the above said topic. At the end of the webinar session, the resource person answered different questions asked by the participants.
