On 02.08.2024, 09.08.2024 and 16.08.2024, Mr. Khalid Naveed Dar, D&SJ (R) conducted two webinar sessions for the Judges from D.G. Khan, Lahore, Sahiwal, Faisalabad, Multan and Sargodha Divisions respectively on the topic “Marshalling of Facts and Evaluation of Evidence in Murder Cases”.
The learned resource person discussed the salient features on the above said topic. At the end of the webinar session, the resource person answered different questions asked by the participants.
