On 02.05.2024, a visit of the participants - Newly Appointed AD&SJs and Civil Judges-cum-Magistrates was arranged from 09:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. to the King Edward Medical University, Lahore under the supervision of Mr. Mansoor Ahmad Khan, Director Academic / Program, PJA.
The participants moved from the PJA at 9:00 a.m. and reached at the KEMU at 09:05 a.m. Dr. Riasat Ali, Head of Forensic Science Department, KEMU along with other faculty members welcomed the visiting Judicial Officers. Prof. Dr. Mahmood Ayyaz, Vice Chancellor along with other Head of Departments gave briefing about the history and working of KEMU. After question answer session, group photo was taken and thereafter, a comprehensive visit of Forensic Medicine Department of KEMU was made under the guidance and supervision of Dr. Riasat Ali. The participants learnt about Postmortem and functions of different sections of Forensic Medicine Departments of King Edward Medical University, Lahore.
