The inaugural ceremony of “3 Months Pre-Service Training Program – 2024 for Newly Appointed AD&SJs and Civil Judges-cum-Magistrates” was held in the Punjab Judicial Academy on 28th Feb, 2024 at 09:00 a.m., Chaired by Mr. Ashtar Abbas, Acting Director General, PJA. Mr. Mansoor Ahmad Khan, Director Academic / Program, PJA, Ms. Bushra Zaman, Director (Research & Publications), PJA & Mr. Saboor Ahmad Khan, Additional Director, PJA have also participated the ceremony.
The proceedings started with recitation of the Holy Quran. Where after, Mr. Ashtar Abbas, Acting Director General, PJA welcomed the participants & highlighted the salient features of training program, designed to enhance the skills of Judicial Officers.
Thereafter, Ms. Bushra Zaman, Director (Research & Publications), PJA briefly explained the importance of training program and gave its orientation. She also briefed the participants about the sequel of sessions & evaluation criteria and Code of Conduct of the Training Program.
