The concluding ceremony of “Four Days Specialized GBV Related Training Program 2023-24 for Additional District & Sessions Judges (Batch-10)” was held in the Punjab Judicial Academy on 15th February, 2024 at 02:00 p.m., Chaired by Mr. Ashtar Abbas, Acting Director General, PJA. Mr. Mansoor Ahmad Khan, Director Academic / Program, PJA, Ms. Bushra Zaman, Director (Research & Publications), PJA and Mr. Muhammad Iram Ayyaz, Director Training (Distance Learning), PJA have also participated the ceremony.
The ceremony started with recitation of the Holy Quran by Mr. Mustahsan Ahmad Minhas, AD&SJ, Depalpur. Where after, Mr. Muhammad Waseem Anjum, AD&SJ, Rawalpindi, expressed views of the batch as representative about the training program. After that Mr. Ashtar Abbas, Acting Director General, PJA addressed the participants, stated that he was sure that the participants must have learnt a lot after receiving the training which would definitely improve the capabilities & expertise of the judicial officers to improve their skills for speedy justice of GBV related cases and they would be able to enhance the confidence of the litigant public upon the system of administration of justice. At the end of the ceremony, certificates were distributed amongst the participants by the Chair followed by group photo.
