Week 11 (6th February to 7th February, 2024) of the ongoing Online Division-Wise Distance Learning Training Session for Judges of the District Courts on General Topics has been concluded.
On Tuesday, 6th February, 2024, Ms. Mahnoor Kazmi, Legal Consultant, conducted a webinar session for the Judges from Faisalabad & Gujranwala on the topic “An Overview of Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR), its Application in Litigation before Courts with reference to latest Amendments”. During the webinar session, the learned Resource Person highlighted latest amendments in ADR laws and their application in cases before District Courts. On Wednesday, 7th February, 2024, Dr. Humaira Irfan, Associate Professor of English, University of Education, Lahore, conducted a webinar session for the Judges from Gujrat & Lahore Divisions on the topic “English Language, Communication & Writing Skills”. The learned Resource Person highlighted the need of English Language skills for the judges to be able to communicate effectively in both orally and in writing.
