The inaugural ceremony of “Four Days Specialized GBV Related Training Program 2023-24 for Additional District & Sessions Judges (Batch-4)” was held in the Punjab Judicial Academy on 18th December, 2023 at 09:00 a.m., Chaired by Mr. Ashtar Abbas, Acting Director General, PJA. Mr. Mansoor Ahmad Khan, Director Program / Academic, PJA, Ms. Bushra Zaman, Director (Research & Publications), PJA & Mr. Muhammad Iram Ayaz, Director Training (Distance Learning), PJA have also participated the ceremony.
The proceedings started with recitation of the Holy Quran. Where after, Mr. Ashtar Abbas, Acting Director General, PJA welcomed the participants & highlighted the salient features of training program, designed to enhance the skills of Judicial Officers for speedy & effective decisions of GBV related cases.
Thereafter, Mr. Mansoor Ahmad Khan, Director Program / Academic, PJA, PJA briefly explained how to observe Code of Conduct during this Four Days Specialized GBV Related Training Program.
