NCSC Visit-Pakistan Criminal Justice Case Management System Procurement, Implementation and Training

A delegation from the National Center for State Courts (NCSC) and CODE PAKISTAN comprising the following visited the Punjab Judicial Academy, Lahore on 13.09.2023 at 10:00 a.m. to assess and discuss the operationalization and utility of a Case Management System.

  6. Mr. Dilawar Khan, President, CODE Pakistan. 
  7. Mr. Sardar Ali Raza, Consultant on Court Proceedings and Liaison, CODE Pakistan.
  8. Mr. Mirvais Niaz, Senior Government Relations Consultant, CODE Pakistan.
  9. Ms. Saba Imran, Programme Coordinator, CODE Pakistan. 

                 After introduction with the delegation and the panel from the Punjab Judicial Academy headed by the Acting Director General Mr. Ashtar Abbas, Mr. Dilawar Khan, President, CODE Pakistan briefed about the project and its several components including Procurement and Case Management System.  He further informed that the training program will be designed to train the relevant judicial officers on the effective use of the Case Management System. 

                 The Hon’ble Acting Director General, PJA briefed the delegation about the functions of the Academy and the programs, the Academy offers to its trainee judicial officers.  Thereafter, the Director (Research & Publications), PJA gave a presentation to the delegation for better understanding of the functions and operations of the Academy.  The delegation, very much appreciated the efforts that are being made at PJA to train and impart knowledge to their judicial officers. 

                 The meeting was held in a very cordial and conducive environment and areas of mutual interest were deliberated upon.  It was mutually consented that the NCSC, CODE Pakistan and PJA will cooperative in paving way for future collaborations.
