The concluding ceremony of “General Training Program (GTP) 2023-24 for Civil Judges-cum-Magistrates (Batch-11)” was held in the Punjab Judicial Academy on 10th June, 2023 at 12:30 p.m., Chaired by Mr. Ashtar Abbas, Acting Director General, PJA. Mr. Tariq Iftikhar Ahmad, Director Training (Distance Learning), PJA, Mr. Mansoor Ahmad Khan, Director Academics / Program, PJA and Ms. Bushra Zaman, Director (Research & Publications), PJA have also participated the ceremony.
The ceremony started with recitation of the Holy Quran. Where after, Mr. Azhar Humayun Khan, Civil Judge, Sargodha expressed views of the batch as representative of participants, about the training program. After that Mr. Tariq Iftikhar Ahmad, Director Training (Distance Learning), PJA shared his view with the participants. Then Mr. Ashtar Abbas, Acting Director General, PJA, addressed the participants, stated that it was sure that all the participants must have learnt a lot after receiving the training which would definitely improve the capabilities & expertise of the judicial officers about quality of judgment writing both in civil and criminal cases in the field and they would be able to enhance the confidence of the litigant public upon the system of administration of justice. Where-after, certificates were distributed amongst the participants by the Chair & Directors of the PJA and at the end group photo was taken.
