The concluding ceremony of “General Training Program (GTP) 2023-24 for Additional District & Sessions Judges (Batch-III)” was held in the Punjab Judicial Academy on 15th April, 2023 at 12:30 p.m., Chaired by Mr. Ashtar Abbas, Acting Director General, PJA. Mr. Tariq Iftikhar Ahmad, Director Training (Distance Learning), PJA and Ms. Bushra Zaman, Director (R&P), PJA participated the ceremony.
The ceremony started with recitation of the Holy Quran. Where after, Mr. Shahid Nadeem Butt, AD&SJ, Okara expressed views of the batch as representative of participants, about the training program. After that Ms. Bushra Zaman, Director (Research & Publication), PJA shared her knowledge & experience with the participants. Then Mr. Ashtar Abbas, Acting Director General, PJA, addressed the participants, stated that it was sure that all the participants must have learnt a lot after receiving the training which would definitely improve the capabilities & expertise of the judicial officers about quality of judgment writing both in civil and criminal cases in the field and they would be able to enhance the confidence of the litigant public upon the system of administration of justice. Where-after, certificates were distributed amongst the participants by the Chair & Directors of the PJA and at the end group photo was taken.
