On Thursday, 13th April, 2023, from 12:00 – 01:00, Mr. Sohaib Ahmad Rumi, D&SJ(R) conducted a session with the Judicial Officers on the topic “Emotional Intelligence and Stress Management” in Distance Learning Training Sessions for Judicial Officers (at District & Tehsil Level) for Sahiwal Division through Webinar. Learned Resource Person sensitized the Judges on different aspects of emotional intelligence, how to use it in the Court as well as in the daily life, sensitized the Judges on different forms of stress and how to manage them effectively. On conclusion of the session, the learned resource person answered questions and queries raised by the participants. The participants also thanked Mr. Sohaib Ahmad Rumi for his experiential sharing.
