The concluding ceremony of “One Week Training Program – 2023 for Newly Promoted Senior Civil Judges-cum-Magistrates (Batch-II) was held on 14th January, 2023 at 1:15 p.m. in the Punjab Judicial Academy, which was Chaired by Mr. Ashtar Abbas, Acting Director General, PJA. Mr. Tariq Iftikhar Ahmad, Director Training (Distance Learning), PJA, Ms. Bushra Zaman, Director (Research & Publication), PJA and Mr. Muhammad Akmal Khan, District & Sessions Judge, Multan participated the ceremony.
The ceremony was started with the recitation of the Holy Quran. Where after, Mr. Muhammad Owais, SCJ/ Deputy Registrar (Admn), Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan expressed his views as representative of participants, about the training program. After that Mr. Ashtar Abbas, Acting Director General, PJA addressed the participants. While addressing the participants, Mr. Ashtar Abbas said I am sure that all of you would have learnt a lot after receiving the training which will definitely improve your capabilities & expertise in the field and you will be able to enhance the confidence of the litigant public upon the system of administration of justice. Where-after, certificates were distributed amongst the participants by the Chair, Directors of PJA and Mr. Muhammad Akmal Khan, D&SJ Multan and at the end group photo was taken.
