With the approval of Hon’ble Chief Justice Lahore High Court/ Chairperson BoM, Punjab Judicial Academy, Lahore, the Academy has designed one-day Distance Learning Training Sessions for Special Courts Judges in Punjab through Webinar, from 11th January to 02nd February, 2022.
The training sessions inaugurated with the recitation of Holy Qur’an. In the opening remarks, Mr. Tariq Iftikhar Ahmad, Director Training (Distance Learning) PJA, sensitize the participants on the objectives of the training session.
In the first week, two webinar sessions were conducted for Labour Court Judges. First session was “Discussion on Industrial Disputes, Relevant Law and Procedure” addressed by Mian Ghulam Hussain, District & Sessions Judge(R), started from 10:00 – 11:15 a.m. and second session was conducted by Hon’ble Mr. Justice (R) Asad Munir on the topic "Definition of Employer, Worker and Workmen under The Industrial Relations Act, 2012" from 12:30 – 01:45 p.m.
