The Hon’ble Chief Justice, Lahore High Court, Lahore /Chairperson Board of Management, Punjab judicial Academy, Lahore, Mr. Justice Muhammad Ameer Bhatti, visited the Punjab Judicial Academy, Kala Shah Kaku Complex on 07th December, 2021 at 02:00 p.m. along with Director Administration and Additional Director PJA.
For a Comprehensive briefing to the Hon’ble Chief Justice, Lahore High Court, Lahore, officers from different departments were also present and S.E building made presentation on the progress of the ongoing construction. Hon’ble Chief Justice desired that the approach road from Motorway to PJA complex, KSK through the service road is not suitable and directed NHA to provide slip roads and access to PJA within the stipulated time.
Thereafter, he took a round of the Academic/ Administrative Block-I, male hostel and walked to the construction sites. During the visit, the chief justice observed different issues and passed necessary directions at the spot.
Hon’ble Chief Justice, Lahore High Court, Lahore directed to complete the construction work as described by the Building Department without distributing the face/ front of the hostel building, the Hon’ble Chief Justice, Lahore High Court, Lahore also directed the Building Department to make arrangements for alternate source of electricity i.e. Solar System provisions should be made available for the Academy.
The Hon’ble chief justice also desired acquisition of additional land at least 100 kanals for further extension and development of the Academy’s campus at KSK.
