In ninth week of Online Webinar Sessions for Judicial Officers (at District & Tehsil Level), two sessions/lectures were conducted by Mr. Khalid Naveed Dar, District & Sessions Judge (retd.) on the topic “Assessment and Trial of Mentally Disordered Accused in Criminal Cases”. The first session/lecture held on Tuesday, 7th December, 2021 (attended by Batch-I) from 11:30 to 01:00 p.m. and second on Thursday, 9th December, 2021 (attended by Batch-II) from 11:30 to 01:00 p.m. All the Judges in Punjab, under supervision of their respective District & Sessions Judges, attended the webinar sessions/lectures. On the conclusion of each session, learned resource person interacted with the webinar participants and responded to their questions.
