The Punjab Judicial Academy has designed eleven (11) weeks training program on different legal and ethical topics for Judicial officers (at District & Tehsil level) in Punjab through Webinar, from 12th October, 2021 to 22nd December, 2021, two sessions per week to be attended by all Judicial Officers divided in two batches.
The Hon’ble Chief Justice, Lahore High Court, Lahore, graced online inaugural ceremony of the program on 12th October, 2021 at 11:15 a.m. and addressed the participants of Batch-I in each District & Tehsil of Punjab. In his brief address, the Hon’ble Chief Justice stated that due to COVID-19 the latest technology is being utilized by the Punjab Judicial Academy, to continue training programs for the Judges to enhance their knowledge and capacity. Worthy Director General Punjab Judicial Academy, in his welcome address, expressed his views about the 11 weeks training program.
The subject of inaugural training session was “Workplace Ethics/Senior Junior Relationships and Code of Conduct” addressed by Mr. Javed Rasheed Mahboobi, District & Sessions Judge (R), started from 11:30am and concluded at 01:00 pm. Director Training (Distance Learning) addressed the concluding remarks.
