One-day training program through Webinar on Anti-Money Laundering Laws & their implication for District & Sessions Judges in Punjab was organized in this Academy on 12th June 2021. The participants from all the districts of Punjab were connected through video link.
The purpose of this activity is to brainstorm a way forward for dealing and deciding the cases of anti-money laundering cases while conducting the court. The Director General PJA inaugurated the program and addressed the participants. The Director FIA briefed the participants about role of FIA in Anti-Money Laundering cases. Hon’ble Mr. Justice Ali Baqar Najafi, Judge Lahore High Court shared his knowledge regarding trials and appeals in Money Laundering Cases, with the participants .
