With the approval of the Hon’ble Chief Justice LHC/Chairperson PJA, Citator of Civil Law, Citator of Criminal Law & District Judiciary Bench Book, prepared by the Research Centre, LHC have been got published by the PJA for its distribution amongst the Judges of District Judiciary Punjab.
Launching ceremony of the books was organized by the PJA on 5th June 2021. The Hon’ble Chief Justice, Supreme Court of Pakistan graced the ceremony as Chief Guest, the Hon’ble Chief Justice, Lahore High Court, Lahore accompanied by the Hon’ble Mr. Justice Muhammad Ameer Bhatti, Senior Puisne Judge, LHC, other Hon’ble Judges LHC also conferred dignity with his presence. The Judicial Officers from Punjab also attended the program through video link.
The Director General PJA in his opening remarks paid his gratitude to the Hon’ble Chief Justice for sparing their precious time for the event. He also welcomed all the distinguished guests.
The memorable event of launching/ribbon cutting of the books was celebrated by the Hon’ble Chief Guest.
Mr.Mazhar Hussain Ramay, Senior Civil Judge Lahore and Mr. Sajjad Hussain Sindhar District & Sessions Judge Lahore shared their views about the books.
Hon’ble Mr. Justice Muhammad Qasim Khan, Chief Justice LHC addressed the audience and shared his feelings of pleasure.
In his address, the Hon’ble Chief Guest appreciated the efforts made by the LHC for compilation of said book for reference of the Judicial Officers.
