In continuation of Training Program for Data Entry Operators) and Record Keepers (2- from each district). Training program for Batch-II, IV, III, V& VI of the participants was organized on 3rd , 8th,9th ,10th & 12th June 2021. Data Entry Operators and Record Keepers from Districts Attock, Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Bhakkar, Chakwal & Chaniot /Batch-II , District Khushab, Lahore, Layyah, Lodhran, M.B. Din & Mianwali/Batch-IV, D.G Khan, Gujrat, Hafizabad, Jhang, Jhelum & Khanewal /Batch-III, District MuzaffarGarh, NankanaSahib, Narowal, Okara, Pakpattan Sharif & R.Y.Khan/Batch-V and participants from Districts Rajanpur, Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Sialkot, T.T. Singh & Vehari/Batch-VI attended the Program respectively.
The purpose of the program was to sensitize the participants about the modern techniques of record room archiving, to equip them with the knowledge of proper implementation of newly developed software for record rooms & use of software thereof.
The program was started with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and after inaugural address of the Acting Director General, scheduled program was conducted.
On the eve of concluding Ceremony, the Director General shared his views with the participants and certificates were distributed among them.
