Topic: An Overview of Latest Amendments in CPC with reference to ADR – Laws and Procedure at Bahawalpur Division.
Due to Covid-19, a three days per week virtual training program has been launched under the directions of the Hon’ble Chief Justice Lahore High Court / Chairperson, Punjab Judicial Academy, Lahore starting from today dated 20.04.2021 to enhance capacity and knowledge of judicial officers as well as Members of the District Bars, Division wise throughout the Punjab. The program will be continued till 24.06.2021. The focus of the sessions will be to discuss the Civil Procedure Code, Criminal Procedure Code and Qanoon-e-Shahadat Order with the learned judicial officers and respective Members of the Bar Councils.
Mr. Tariq Iftikhar Ahmed, Director Training (Distance Learning) has been completed all the arrangements in consultation with the I.T. department of the Punjab Judicial Academy to transmit the lectures from the webinar room of the Punjab Judicial Academy to all the concerned districts through zoom. Ch. Muhammad Saleem, Director General, Punjab Judicial Academy will inaugurate the said program at 12:00 noon today, which is scheduled for the districts Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar and Rahim Yar Khan.
Mr. Tariq Iftikhar Ahmed, Director Training (Distance Learning) will exchange his knowledge of Civil Procedure Code with reference to Alternate Dispute Resolution (Laws and Procedure).
