One-day training program through Webinar for Banking Court Judges was organized in this Academy on 2nd February 2021. The participants were connected through video link, according to schedule.
The purpose of this activity was to equip the judicial officers with relevant laws and procedure, to discuss the common issues and problems in conducting Banking Court Cases.
The Acting Director General PJA inaugurated the program and addressed the participants. Hon’ble Mr. Justice (R) Mahmood Maqbool Bajwa, shared his knowledge to the participants on “Understanding of Basic Banking Laws and Procedure-Interaction/legal Relation Between Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) ordinance 2001 and Case Laws”.
The session was ended with the concluding remarks of Mr. Tariq Iftikhar, Ld. Director Trainings (Distance Learning).
