The Punjab Judicial Academy has conducted Webinar Session on 22ndJuly 2020) for consumer court judges, to enhance their knowledge and skills and to improve quality & quantity of judicial work. The Judges participated in the online sessions.
On the eve of inaugural ceremony, Ho'ble Mr. Justice Ali Baqar Najafi, Judge Lahore High Court Lahore, graced in occasion as Chief Guest. His lordship also addressed the participants through video link. Hon'ble Mr.Justice (R)Mahmood Maqbool Bajwa delivered lecture on Punjab Consumer Protection Act 2005 and discussed about interpretations with the participants. The Director General PJA discussed about latest judgements of Hon’ble Constitutional Courts. Mr. Asim Sadiq Qureshi Director Consumer Protection Council also spoke about the Role of Punjab Protection Council and Authority under the mandate of PPA 2005.
