-    Accused had accumulated assets & pecuniary resources beyond known sources of income by misusing his authority but prosecution did not produce any evidence of “misuse of authority”.

-    Onus would shift to accused – though mere possession of any pecuniary resources or property by itself not an offence - but there being no known sources of such income – the onus would be on the accused.
